This Chakra affects endocrine system, which includes the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and pineal gland in the brain.

When balanced properly the Crown Chakra creates feelings of clarity and well-Being, reduced anxiety and stress, a sense of purpose and an awareness of ourselves as connected to Divinity. Physical well-being is also impacted as well as mood stabilization, improved sleep, and heart health. 

When there is a blockage in this energy center we often experience a constant sense of frustration, low sparks of joy, and destructive thoughts and feelings.
