The Heart Chakra affects the heart itself, lungs, circulatory system, shoulders, and the upper back. The Heart Chakra acts as a primary regulator for the other 6 Chakras and is the house of compassion, Love, and even hate. 

If this center is blocked or out of balance there may be feelings of indecision, fear, and even paranoia. One may also be in fear of letting go, being hurt, or being alone.
